Message to upcoming techies!

Before I raise my understanding level to meet the most talented pool of this world, I would appreciate if this write up is a healthy debate:). With new technologies and innovative disruptive technologies emerging to ping us every time for a “CHANGE”. Its time for change and we need to understand the underlying morals to handle the space. Its disappointing to find the new generation techies taking the job for granted, the attitude says something like this “I must get this, I must be getting this, and this company which delivers and that company which worries my emotions”:) Surprised and confused to identify resources these days, Yes, the BIG idea fails! How to handle this?

“My only advice, run after projects, u will see your job satisfaction
we make mistake going by face of company…rather than credible object we can get to work on.”
 1. Good Project- Criterias- full fledge end to end consulting area with client with a good team. This is rare due to market scenario. 2. Good Salary- Do not depends on what project you work these days, rather on the way you have managed the top bracket and your skill areas to extract more amount. I am sticking to “projects”  as recession, depression wont hamper if you are into good project rather than just tag of a company Logo. Indian resources got a poor habit of estimating their efforts more than what company has set. The point is the CTC defined by big service companies got into the minds of most of the people in Indian market and that has halted the thinking process. The resources are taking the continuing CTC as granted whether they deliver or don’t. Small companies struggle to make them learn, and still the big glasses attracts faster then learning even in early days. I do not discard the warmth and feeling of a good ambiance, but the priority initially is “LEARNING”.

We will not have per hour billing soon for lot of projects running in India. Client demands, milestone of projects vs payments and no billing formula for resources.  I hope you all are getting the practical scenario.  I am facing conferences and  I understand where we lack as a company  but the point is, we have to set our flexibility! But, change the way you think, unless you set sacrifices to your belt, no company and team will gel in for futuristic projects demand of the consumers, and their we stand with resources who understand the need. A company not just fighting for itself, but for investors/stakeholders, Employees, etc etc…and moreover we have to get a realistic model to work.
Your key edge: 1. Open to new Learning 2. Understanding multiple platforms as an analyst to help developers adapt solution based approach 3. Good knowledge on Cloud , BI etc 4. Deployment & Client Communication on technical support.
Compel companies to pay, retain and pamper you:)

The BIG Solution!….Yet to be implemented in bits!

My second opinion and this time, I prefer to go ahead with a strategic “understanding and alignment model”. Well, we have to focus on sustainable business model. When we say this, we have to really look at the dynamics of an Entrepreneur behavior and his vision rather demotivating with compelling trends of market. Suggestions and advises are a definite part of a learning curve but nurturing ideas of an Entrepreneur giving him a sustainable picture through Eco system is more important.

Service and Products- often these 2 things are taken in different ways by Investors or people who have money to invest. A real investor looks for solution that gives him return and that’s genuine. An intellectual knowledge consultant who is eventually turned into an Investor can guide for a road map for potential “outcome”. Time has come to bring board of intellectuals to create products and service line aligning with market and companies through strategic & partnership models with Govt. & enterprises.

An intention is more time consuming then action:). The basics to bring the BIG solution:

  •  Designing road-map with people who understands the industry and revising the same thoughts that an entrepreneur aspires to achieve with a sustainable and more promising picture.
  • Looking ahead to low cost yet good exposure based platforms which includes the area where company creates its working office.
  • A secured and decent  ambiance- Matters for good thoughts and positive vibes.
  • Identifying the risk factors to bring in experts at right time, who are not commercially inclined to exploit and you count the rewards for them later honestly.
  • Investing more time looking to create scope in promising space of clientele base.
  • Eliminating and ignoring the bad elements affecting the enterprise diplomatically leaving the unproductive stores.
  • Targeting productive and good sessions which fits your level of growth and helps in designing PR levels.

Doing a series of activities, and then making things look at the other supportive measures to really make a small place live to perform. The BIG solution will always be “you” who sets the perfect strategy of bringing technology and consulting to your productive space.

Upcoming Next……………………Please wait, I am just trying to help my thoughts reach the right audience, excuse for the words that do not fit your emotions, yet true…:)

A comic Entrepreneurship!

A new era of ideas and innovations flowing in the modern India and still we fighting to beg for outsourcing and kill corruption. Well, I do not want to be the second person to complain rather proceed to help all of you understand the roots of the same.

Did we ever find time to manage our intentions? Indian Govt claims to encourage entrepreneurs with some unproductive workshops which neither answers the pain area neither reaches to people who need help. It is meant for PR, Media and some pocket of bureaucratic standards who should get snapshots on the profile while they make another virtual move to entertain(motivate) us:).

Reeling to fix its own compensation, a painful middle class entrepreneur processes files from investment, looks for house to build its assets and employees places & even crawls to pay taxes for his unsold product/service with no system in place. But, we have acres of Govt land been given for offices where bunch of people sits to manage their unanswered salaries to the Govt. Am I too harsh speaking this? If Yes, let it be!

I see great investors and people coming to answer and solve Entrepreneurs problems, at the end you get some really pitiable queries from the conference speakers- Are you an Entrepreneur? Where is the innovative product? Why should I invest? You need to do this, that and just do all sorts of that to achieve this- pathetic and disgusting.

Let me ask these people around one question- What is the sustainable model considering my aim to build this? Well, I have got few answers like- this is not my area my friend:)

Life of an entrepreneur does also goes through a poor social approval system and that never helps you take the ladder at your pace & thinking sometimes.

I will come over this sometime again, and our answer being an entrepreneur should be- “My Career is not a slave of your opinion”. I am optimistic and believe this part of the world will understand the productive entrepreneurs struggling to pay rents still, and come to the hot seat for helping the Govt take initiatives.

We need to be system to bring a system, and that will start with a new day, fresh thoughts not from the present speakers but from the real passionate builders for tomorrow!

Allow me to rope in this better way, when I see your approval on this topic!:)
