Rural- Urban Ping!

Prediction is difficult, but projections could be beneficial to predict! Yes, you heard it right. We are in the era of growing rural and sinking urban by market values. Sometime, I wonder and get scared of understanding the future of companies about when they say- where are new talents who can deliver things passionately as before, and there is indeed a shortage of ambitious human resources to enterprises, and market. This reality would soon cover up the worries, if we start thinking and exploring the rural. Lets understand from one sector- IT, where are they going next to recruit the force, after B.Tech, its Bsc, Bcom and again next is Class 12,10, but is that a solution? We need to guarantee a pool which aspires to stick to job.

Today there is a  freedom in Tier 1 cities for guys to work and settle independent entities, and become entrepreneurs. Within the organizations, there is a huge structural and hierarchical competition for top places, HR, more and more managerial stuff etc etc. Where are the coders, field guys and ground staff which can bridge physical barriers to clients. The answer is, we must create a pool of general talent by creating a value based educational system which expose rural guys to the internet and global space. Yes, this is achievable with good infrastructures for education and internet, and that will bring more loyal and trust worthy workforce who has fire in the belly to make their home a standard luxury flat to set which their ancestors cannot dream of!.

There is another big story of rural urban connect. Imagine Urban cities as Employers, and Rural as Employees and the model could be  really time consuming but achievable if Govt and Private companies join hands for the training assurance and enlightening camps. Brands can really not just create a worthy employ-ability but can bring really higher sales by educating the families about the products making them available in their town making the aspiring youth of the family a part of their culture. I am sure, there are people who will understand what I wanted to convey. There is more of a employability   balance issue, then poor talent pool. Educational system is concentrated via more commercial needs and affordability today with Private varsities, then any other thing. Rural can boost a scope of a new brand may be better than urban crowd where the fight is cut throat and share is in single digit figure.

The idea is to understand the whole potential of growing India in terms of rural-urban balance in terms of talent and brand positioning then just creating pseudo hopes for employ-ability. Educational exchange program’s must exist for rural mass to create more sustainable and loyal talent pool from the untouched mass. This will work and help us create the next understanding platform of isolating money from talent and scope of both rural and urban belts on the basis of affordable education and development offices to bring the next generation resources and consumers to the front.

This is just a mater of imagination for all to rebuild, and progress together ultimately. I hope, I can bring more sensible context to the perception of what am trying to explain:)
